Candidate Screening
Jim or one of his assistants will ask you several qualifying questions. If your organization qualifies as a potential client candidate, Jim will conduct an onsite visitation at your business location if your organization is local. Otherwise a conference call will be conducted.

Onsite Visitation
If you are a qualified candidate, Jim will give your organization, at no charge, a one time free consultation and evaluation. Several critical requirements must exist to be selected for a Jim Haley engagement. The business organization must have a real need; Jim Haley's engagement is supported by top management; and all client committed scheduling with Jim be strictly maintained with any change notifications provided to Jim a week in advance, or such time shall be counted towards fees charged.

Proposal
If after your consultation Jim feels there is a match, an initial JimHaleyUnlimited Performance Acceleration Proposal will be prepared and presented to you designed specifically to match your short term requirements.

Fees
Fees are billable in 15 minute minimum increments, by the hour, or by monthly retainer depending on the nature and duration of engagement. To request more information, Click Here.
