Businesses today urgently need to magnify the synergistic output factor of their core executive team. I call this your Neuro-Synergistic Factor (NSF), and it is a vital component in achieving results far greater than individually combined output.
For example, imagine you have given 10 of your employees the responsibility of moving a 1,000 pound boulder 3 feet from its original position. Your employees approach the stone and begin to push individually on their own with no synchronization, with out regard for anyone else on the team.
As hard as they individually push, the stone will not move. Your team's Neuro-Synergistic Factor has now become less than 1 which means you are actually getting less output synergistically than if you had these 10 individuals utilize the same time to accomplish their own individual outcomes.
Now imagine your competition sending in their team, only they are synchronized, cohesive, organized, and highly results driven. One team member quickly places a fulcrum, two others bring in a lever and set the fulcrum, then in unison all 10 employees leverage the fulcrum easily moving the boulder. Job done. The NSF here far exceeds a factor of 1.
This, of course, is a simple example yet, it makes the critical point. If you want to succeed in business today, you have to do more with less. Core team architecture makes this possible
